Worship Leader (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

The Worship Leader is responsible for leading the musical portion of church services and handling any necessary preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Church Staff and volunteers to plan worship services.
• Lead the congregation in worship during church services and occasional special events.
• Lead, develop and assist volunteers in the church’s worship ministry.
• Prepare during the week for Sunday worship services by rehearsing, selecting and arranging music, and coordinating with our volunteers, to ensure a seamless worship experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting.
• Strong musical proficiency in vocals and at least one instrument, with a good understanding of various worship styles.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with humility, grace, and excellence.
• Comfortable using technology, worship software, social media and sound systems.
