IBC is currently searching for the man of God searching for the opportunity to serve the families of the church who are in crisis by ministering to them in their deepest time of need. We are a small rural congregation with the desires to be the extended reach for the kingdom of God.We would like to return to the glory days before Covid. We are an older congrergation in search of a growing younger disciples. God has a beautiful sanctuary and parsonage. Our statement of faith: The Holy Bible is the inspired inerrant word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith. The church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of "The Baptist Faith and Message" as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000. We band ourselves together as a body of believers baptized in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the church are baptisim and the Lord's Supper.
