GroveKids Director

Working alongside The TGC Team, you will work to craft a ministry approach that helps children gather, grow, give, and go. This would include, but not be limited to, leading the GroveKids Ministry and GroveKids Ministry Teams, managing the safety and security of GK environments, and general budget management. ?

 Working alongside our TGC Team, your weekly workload might include the following:

• Recruiting new GroveKids Team Members

• Training, coaching, scheduling, and empowering existing GroveKids team members

• Prepping our GroveKids space for an event (Sunday AM, Kids Camp, Special event, etc.)

• Following-up with new GroveKids Team members availability, cohesion within the team and schedule.

• Celebrating our GroveKids Team members well (birthdays, holidays, volunteer appreciation, etc.)

• Recognizing the kids within our ministry (birthdays, milestones, etc.) ,

• Connecting with first time guests in GroveKids

• Sending out scheduling emails

• Planning and executing events (Kids Camps, Christmas Events, Family Events, etc.)

Of course, from time to time, additional needs arise within our organization and all employees are expected to assist with those needs when possible.
