Midway Baptist Church is located in Baxley, Georgia. We are prayerfully seeking a full-time pastor to lead our congregation. The pastor shall serve as the chief under-shepherd and overseer of the church, feeding, leading, and nurturing the sheep. This person’s main responsibilities will be to communicate God’s Word, minister to spiritual needs, and provide biblical leadership for the church. 

Midway Baptist Church was established in 1897 and serves a rural community in Southeast Georgia.  We have an associate pastor and youth pastor on staff. Our Sunday morning worship services average 100-150 people. We also have Sunday night and Wednesday night services.   We are committed to making disciples and spreading God’s Word throughout our community and world.  Our church aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention on June 14, 2000.
