Morningside Baptist Church in Macon Georgia is a small congregation of about 30 active members. We are a loving and caring fellowship seeking to grow in faith and in number. We desire to reach the community with the Gospel but are struggling with a strategy. The congregation is older and seeking to attract young families.
We need strong leadership now as we make decisions on the future of the church and it's ministry.
Our pastor retired in November, 2024 and we are seeking an interim to help bring stability as we ultimately hope to call a pastor.
The church is a conservative Southern Baptist congregation that supports the SBC and we participate in the cooperative program.
