Bilingual Associate Pastor

Seeking bilingual 9English/ Spanish) Associate pastor, full time position.

Position sumary

The associate Pastor for our hispanic group, accountable to the church membership through overseeing of the Senior Pastor and/orAdministrative committee. He will be responsible to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership. He will be serving primarily as Pastor in the spanish congregation preparing and delivering sermons, overseeing prayer groups, and developing programs that exemplify and encourage the congregation to learn, grow, mature an serve.

Qualifications.

• Biblically consistent with Titus 1:5-9, ! Timothy 3:1-3 with a lifestyle congruent with the scripturequalifications and abide by the constitution & bylaws of FBC.
• Required.  BILINGUAL. 100% Spanish able to communicate fluenly in English.
• Leader, preacher, teacher.
• Experiency growing a church
• communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduated from a Vaptist seminary with at least a degree in theology
