New Home Baptist Church in Perry, FL is prayerfully seeking to fill the position of Minister of Music. This is a full-time salaried position. We are a growing congregation comprised of all age groups. This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for a comprehensive music ministry. The Minister of Music will also assist with assigned administrative tasks of the ministry as well as serve in a supporting role to the Pastor in the total operation of the church.
New Home was established in 1941 through a gift of a family that provided the land and the initial place of worship. We have grown considerably since then and now include many Sunday School rooms, Fellowship Hall, two outbuildings, plenty of open grounds, as well as a two-story Family Life Center complete with administrative offices, a large gymnasium for basketball, pickleball, etc. as well as 18 educational rooms.
Perry, FL is located approximately 51 miles from Tallahassee, FL and a 21 mile drive to the Gulf Coast. Perry, FL and Taylor County have public and private educational facilities.
